By creating an account and using Sukumba, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and Sukumba ("we", "us", "our").
By registering for or using Sukumba, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to bind your business to these terms, and agree to comply with all applicable South African laws including the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECT Act) and POPIA.
Sukumba is a cloud-based business management platform for trades businesses, providing modules for quoting, job tracking, invoicing, CRM, fleet management, expense tracking, and time attendance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.

Your use of Sukumba is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You remain the Responsible Party under POPIA for any personal information about your clients, workers, and suppliers that you capture in the platform. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from your data subjects.
All content, design, code, and branding of Sukumba remains our exclusive intellectual property. Your business data (quotes, invoices, client records, etc.) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of data you create in the platform.
Sukumba is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of business or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Danger Zone. Upon termination, all your data is permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts. We encourage users to first attempt to resolve disputes by contacting us directly at legal@sukumba.co.za.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Sukumba after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
